I’m Jen Campbell and I help people lead their teams and organizations through change with confidence, calmness, and candour.
I've also spent 20 years leading change in large and small organizations across multiple industries from the boardroom to the plant floor. I'm a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute, a seasoned group facilitator, and a keen downhill skier and cross country mountain biker, having taken up these sports after moving to the mountains from Toronto five years ago.
